Masood Syed is of counsel to Dorleus Law PLLC. He is a Touro Law School graduate with over 10 years of Real Estate, Business  & corporate law, Landlord Tenant, Family and Immigration law experience.

Masood drafts agreements including, but not limited to, business partnership agreements, sale and purchase agreements - bulk sale transactions, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, resolution, employment agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
